🛍️ Refund & Return Policy
At Canadian Pet Supplies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
You may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging

The product must be unused and in resalable condition

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
📧 Please contact us at order@canadianpetsupplies.ca before sending any items back. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3–10 business days.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Opened bags of cat litter or food

Used pet products

Gift cards or promotional items
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at

Please include:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full or partial refund at no extra cost to you.
💸 Order Refunds (Unshipped Orders)
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill and ship your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2–8 business days.
