🚚 Shipping Policy for Canadian Pet Supplies

📍 Delivery Area
We currently ship exclusively within Canada.
Note: Some rural or remote areas may be subject to exceptions.
💲 Shipping Costs
A standard shipping fee of $10.00 applies to all orders within Canada, except during free shipping promotions.
Regional Exceptions – Flat Rate Shipping
Free shipping promotions does not apply to the following five regions:
- Yukon
- Nunavut
- Northwest Territories
- Newfoundland and Labrador
- Prince Edward Island
For these regions, a flat distance-based shipping rate of $20.00 per full order will apply, with a maximum of 3 items per order/shipment.
⏱️ Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, and carrier conditions.
⚠️ We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier issues, or other unexpected situations).
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
💸 Order Refunds
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill and ship your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2–8 business days.
